Project Location: Fairfield Showground Stage 3 Pavilion                                                  

Project Description: $9.3M - 3 storey building with spectator seating, players’ change rooms, social rooms, amenities, VIP boxes and 2 bridge links to the adjacent existing Parklands Function Centre Grandstand.                 

Muller Partnership provided full scope Quantity Surveying services to the City of Fairfield with the project completed on time and to budget.
